Advances in Group Processes

Advances in Group Processes is the premier outlet for interdisciplinary group related research publishing papers on a range of group processes. The editors of this peer-reviewed annual volume invite scholars to submit comprehensive reviews, theoretical analyses, and theory-driven empirical chapters on group phenomena, broadly defined. This scope encompasses groups ranging from the very small to the very large, and classic and contemporary topics such as status, power, exchange, justice, prosocial behavior, social influence, decision-making, intergroup relations, emotions, and social networks. Previous contributors have included scholars from many disciplines, including sociology, psychology, political science, philosophy, computer science, mathematics, and organizational behavior.

While the editors of Advances invite authors to submit manuscripts for publication in each annual volume, scholars are encouraged to write the editors to pitch their ideas about manuscripts that are a good fit for the publication.
