Stephen MacGregor is an Associate Professor of Educational Leadership, Policy, and Governance at the University of Calgary’s Werklund School of Education, Canada.

Rania Sawalhi is a faculty member at the University of Jordan with over two decades of experience across K–12 education, higher education, and informal learning.
