The second section addresses industry and stakeholders, with essays on social responsibility in educational settings, and stakeholders and their management strategies; institutionalizing corporate social responsibility and the role of government in setting standards in India; airport governance policies and stakeholder issues; corporate social responsibility as a catalyst for development in Nigeria; the need to ensure the welfare of workers in developing countries, using the example of sweatshops in Bangladesh; and the use of information and communication technology and mixed technology for self and distance learning in India.
