This book series is a sequel to YEARBOOK OF IDIOGRAPHIC SCIENCE (2008-2025). It brings concrete examples of how scientifically valid generalizations are possible based on single cases and analyzed as integrated systems to scientific and lay audiences.
The book series will include mostly short monographs with individual case data that allow for generalization and basic knowledge. Edited volumes can be included but are secondary in relevance.
Its objective is to prove the relevance of careful systemic case analyses in the social sciences, demonstrating the nomothetic relevance of idiographic case analyses. It covers the Disciplines of Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, History—all with unified focus for demonstration of generalization of knowledge from single cases.
