Transforming Education for the Future

The Transforming Education for the Future series seeks to reimagine education as a generative force for personal, societal, and planetary transformation. In a time marked by ecological crisis, growing inequality, technological disruption, and spiritual disconnection, conventional paradigms of education are no longer adequate. This series provides a dynamic platform for scholars, educators, practitioners, and visionaries to explore bold, interdisciplinary, and integrative approaches that respond to the challenges and possibilities of our complex, interconnected world.

The series embraces a holistic and relational view of learning that centers on wisdom, ethics, compassion, creativity, and critical consciousness. It invites works that engage with themes such as peace and environmental education, contemplative and spiritual pedagogies, decolonial and Indigenous ways of knowing, ecological justice, transformative leadership, global citizenship, artificial intelligence and ethics in education, and the cultivation of inner life and collective well-being.

Aiming to bridge theory, practice, and vision, this series welcomes scholarly monographs, edited volumes, and practitioner-oriented texts that push boundaries and spark dialogue across disciplines and cultures. It honors diverse epistemologies and ontologies, including Eastern, Indigenous, and non-Western traditions, while exploring innovative pedagogies that nurture heart, mind, body, and spirit.

Ultimately, Transforming Education for the Future seeks to inspire educators and learners to co-create an education that is not only intellectually rigorous but also spiritually awake, ecologically attuned, socially just, and deeply human. It is a call to transform education into a sacred and creative endeavor for building a more compassionate and sustainable future.
