Chinese American Educational Research and Development Association Book Series

The CAERDA book series addresses global educational issues, promoting excellence and equity. Drawing on research and educational implications from studies on Chinese and Asian American education, the book series offers a global perspective.  The book series invites contributions from Chinese and Asian American scholars and practitioners, as well as experts and interested scholars worldwide.  The book series can be linked to (but not limited to) the annual theme of the Chinese American Educational Research and Development Association (CAERDA) annual International Conference. 

As such, each book in the Series has a focused theme with multidisciplinary, interdisciplinary, and global perspectives structured in an integrated framework.  The book series shall provide current and insightful information for educational researchers, school administrators, policymakers, and practitioners to achieve excellence for Asian American education, as well as for education excellence worldwide.  With its international scope and the range of issues it addresses, the book series is intended for a global audience while maintaining its appeal in the United States.
