Reimagining Instructional Leadership for Social Justice: Equality at the Core of Principalship examines how instructional leadership and social justice leadership, two influential frameworks in educational leadership, can be coherently integrated to promote both academic excellence and equity. While instructional leadership strengthens teaching quality, it has not always adequately addressed systemic inequities.
