    Dennis Pepple is a Senior Lecturer in Human Resource Management at the University of Hertfordshire. He holds a PhD in Business and Management Studies, an MSc in HRM and a BSc in Accounting. He is a member of the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development, a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and a Certified Management and Business Educator. 

    Crystal Zhang is Associate Head of School (Global Engagement) and Associate Professor in Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour at School of Marketing and Management at Coventry University, UK. Her research interests are in international human resource management and development, cross-cultural learning, leadership, career development and global talent management.
