Ramin Rostamkhani is a Ph.D. candidate at the School of Management at Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM). He has more than 20 years of experience in quality engineering techniques. His main expertise is related to the application of quality engineering techniques and scientific approaches in supply chain management.

Thurasamy Ramayah is a full Professor at the School of Management at Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM). He is a Professor in Technology Management whose focus of research is on technology adoption and usage in business and management using quantitative research methodology especially the use of structural equation modelling.
