Uglješa Stankov is Professor at the Department of Geography, Tourism and Hotel Management, Faculty of Sciences, University of Novi Sad, Serbia. His main research areas are the strategic role of information technology in tourism experiences and mindful tourist experiences.

Ulrike Gretzel is a Senior Fellow at the Center of Public Relations, University of Southern California, USA, and serves as Director of Research at Netnografica. Her research focuses on the impact of technology on human experiences and the structure of technology-mediated communication.

Viachaslau Filimonau is a Lecturer at the School of Hospitality and Tourism Management, University of Surrey, UK, and Hotelschool the Hague, The Netherlands. His research interests revolve around the topic of (more) sustainable food systems and (more) sustainable tourism.
