Dr Charf Mahammedi is a Senior Lecturer in Civil and Construction Engineering at Teesside University and a member of the Centre for Construction Innovation and Research (CCIR). His research focuses on environmental risk assessment, sustainable remediation of contaminated land, and the application of digital technologies to support decision-making in the built environment.

Dr Al-Mhdawi is a Senior Lecturer in Engineering Project Management at the School of Computing, Engineering and Digital Technologies (SCEDT) at Teesside University, UK. He obtained his PhD in Risk Management from the University of Southampton and specialises in risk engineering, safety management, digitalisation, and sustainable decision support systems across sectors including construction, manufacturing, oil and gas, and space systems.
