Filomena Riemma is a PhD in Organisation Studies at the Parthenope University of Naples, Italy. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics and a Master’s degree in Marketing and International Management. Her current research interests are centred on social responsibility, gender diversity, and work-life balance practices. In her work, she seeks to uncover how organisations can promote equitable and inclusive environments while fostering responsible business conduct.
